This training will prepare you with the knowledge you need to start planning your application for Community Sponsorship. It is helpful to do this training as a group so you all have a good idea of what the resettlement process looks like and what the application process entails.
Overview
This training will equip you with everything you need to know for writing your Community Sponsorship application. It will deepen your understanding of the refugee resettlement process, walk you through the key elements to include in the application form, clarify the role of a lead sponsor, and provide an overview of the core group’s responsibilities.
Additionally, it will highlight common mistakes made in applications and outline the next steps to take as you prepare to begin writing your application.
