Questions 3.4a to 3.4b – Establishing a life in the UK

Find out how to answer questions 3.4a-b of the application

3.4a. Please confirm that your group will provide integration support to the family for a minimum of 12 months following their arrival. Please note this is an essential requirement.

This is a tick box answer, where your answer must be ‘yes’.

3.4b. Will you ensure that the resettled family receive their BRP cards within one day of your group receiving them?

If the BRP cards do not arrive within 7-10 working days, please contact your regional Contact Officer. Please note that this is an essential requirement as set out in the Statement of Requirements for Sponsors.

This is another tick box answer, and it’s very unlikely the answer to this question would be ‘no’.  If, however it is, do explain clearly why you would not do this. You will be introduced to your Regional Contact Officer after you have submitted your application form to the Home Office.
